Rendy Tan Ravi is a corporate trainer, learning facilitator, organisational development consultant, and community builder with over 20 years of experience in human capital development, digital transformation, and organisational learning. He has designed and delivered transformation programmes for government agencies, multinational corporations, local enterprises, and educational institutions across Singapore and APAC.

Rendy holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Business Computing and Information Technology from Prifysgol Aberystwyth University, a Diploma in Yoga and Intuitional Science from Ananda Marga Gurukula, and the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP v2) from the Institute for Adult Learning Singapore. His multidisciplinary background, spanning business, technology, nature-based wisdom, and adult education, enables him to help leaders connect inner transformation with organisational impact in ways that are practical, grounded, and immediately applicable.
