    Every employee carries untapped potential. However, because of sabotaging beliefs, workplace barriers, and the sheer weight of daily demands keep that potential buried. The O³ programme is specially designed to empower every employee to develop their potential through Open Mind, Open Heart & Open Will.

    In this one-day programme, participants will learn to see their life purpose and who they are with fresh eyes, then align both with their roles at work. They will identify and overcome the sabotaging beliefs that limit them from excelling, through fun and interactive ways. After attending the programme, participants will leave with new uplifting beliefs, the tools to sustain their growth, and a clear path to increase their organisational value and contribute effectively to organisational success.

    Methodology
    Mini-lectures, guided reflection, interactive games, drawing and visualisation, group dialogue, personal inquiry, and a Personal O³ Action Plan. Not a sit-and-listen programme. Participants engage in fun & interactive exercises to surface hidden patterns, deconstruct sabotaging beliefs, and reconnect with authentic purpose. They leave with new uplifting beliefs and five immediate actions to sustain their highest natural potential.

    Rendy Tan Ravi is a corporate trainer, learning facilitator, organisational development consultant, and community builder with over 20 years of experience in human capital development, digital transformation, and organisational learning. He has designed and delivered transformation programmes for government agencies, multinational corporations, local enterprises, and educational institutions across Singapore and APAC.
