"How do we make the world work for 100% of humanity in the shortest possible time through spontaneous cooperation without ecological damage or the disadvantage to anyone?" –
    R. Buckminster Fuller

Every organisation has huge potential to grow and excel. However, because of the existence of judgement, cynicism, and fear in the culture keep people from coming together. The tools change. The strategies evolve. The humans stay closed. The O³ programme is specially designed to change the conditions, building an organisational culture where people open their minds, hearts, and wills to excel in the era of disruption.

In the one-day programme, participants will learn to value their colleagues' presence and talents at work to improve organisational cohesion. They will discover the benefits of being committed and real for better organisational effectiveness in a fun and interactive way. After attending the programme, participants will be able to leverage creative tension to spark innovation for organisational growth, building an O³ organisational culture and contributing effectively to organisational success.

    Who should attend
Supervisors, Managers, Team Leaders, Project Leaders, Department Heads, and professionals responsible for shaping team and organisational culture. Designed for those who see that their organisation's potential is held back not by strategy or resources, but by judgement, cynicism, and fear in the culture and who are ready to build something different.
    Methodology
Mini-lectures, interactive games, role-play, group dialogue, peer inquiry, and an Organisational O³ Action Blueprint. This is a hands-on programme. Participants engage in fun & interactive exercises that expose gaps between stated values and lived behaviour, practise real-time culture-building tools, and leave not just with models, but with a felt sense of what an O³ culture actually feels like and a concrete plan to start building it.
